Fitness



Don’t know any good running stretches? Keep reading to find out how to do some really great running stretches to be an awesome runner! To improve your stretches from good to excellent you need to do them daily. Some great stretches are lunges , you take a reasonable step forward and bend down, your knee can’t touch the ground otherwise it will not stretch ,you can also do it with weights if you want. Another good stretch is squatting down (again with weights if you want). Make sure you are doing them properly otherwise it will not affect your strength or running! Make sure you’re doing them daily! If you find it actually helps you might be able enter a triathlon like the Weet-Bix triathlon and when you are older you might be able to do a marathon or an iron man!!!
